Full Property Details
This traditionalstyle Spanish villa is now in need of renovation and finishing work, making it particularly suited to a buyer who wants to improve and adapt a property rather than purchase a fully finished home.
The existing structure is described as well built, with the roof in good condition. The upper floor contains the complete current living accommodation, centred around a bright openplan living and dining area. From here, doors open onto the covered porch, creating a natural connection between the interior and the seaview terrace.
The outdoor area includes a builtin barbecue and summer kitchen, offering a practical setting for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. The 990m² plot is fully enclosed and benefits from a peaceful position at the end of a culdesac, with trees and natural surroundings helping to provide a sense of privacy.
One of the property’s most significant attractions is its development potential. The current constructed surface is approximately 90m², while the plot could, subject to planning, allow the property to be extended towards approximately 250m². There is also ample room within the grounds to consider the addition of a private swimming pool, subject to the relevant permissions.
The lower part of the property provides an undeveloped basement with good ceiling height, as well as an integral garage. This gives the new owner further scope to consider how the property could ultimately be configured.
